Why haven’t I received a response?
If you have reached out to us and you have not received a reply from a Hell-Bent Representative within 24 hours, please feel free to Hit Us Up again! If you tried calling, please send us an email. It’s easier for us to respond to email!
Where is my stuff?
All wallet orders are currently on a 24-48 hr lead time (production) and all holsters are on a 1-2 week lead time. This is because all of the Hell-Bent products are custom, handmade products, made to order.
It’s been longer than the lead time… What’s up?
If you haven’t received your holster within the lead time noted on the holster page, please email us so that we can let you know it’s status. If for any reason you haven’t received your product after two weeks shoot us an email or call us and we’ll get you taken care of.
